Every room at Casa 14 is curated in collaboration with Bella Group in Rojales — a slow, considered build in the Mediterranean coastal style. Warm linens, sun-bleached wood, hand-knotted texture. Below: the moodboard, as it will arrive in spring 2027.
Bedroom one · Sleeps two
A 180 × 200 channel-tufted boxspring dressed in warm terracotta linen, anchored by a hand-knotted macramé wall piece — the centrepiece of the villa.
Bedroom two · Sleeps two
Lighter, softer — a cream-channelled headboard paired with caramel cotton and bouclé throws. Storage boxspring below. Built for late mornings and long siestas.
Bedroom three · Sleeps two
A 160 × 200 double dressed in washed stone linen, with rounded pedestal side tables and an arched, hand-textured wall piece tying the palette together.
Bedroom four · Sleeps two
The fourth bedroom takes a deeper turn — a 160 × 200 double in olive-green washed linen, hairpin nightstands, and a woven jute arch on the wall. The same hand-made language, one shade richer.
Living & dining
One open salon. A three-seat bouclé sofa and two swivel fauteuils gather around paired oak pedestal tables and a hand-knotted rug, anchored by a 2.4 m oak media wall. A 2 m table for eight closes the room.
Covered patio
A second living room in the open air. The classic Spanish 'English patio' — a modular lounge sofa, a 1.3 m dining table for four and its own media wall, fully furnished for the long Costa Blanca evenings.
Outdoor lounge
The villa's open-air living room. A cream rope-woven lounge set drawn around a 90 cm round table, set under the Mediterranean sky — for long afternoons and slow conversations.
Garden · Pool · Outdoor dining
Twin sun loungers under a cantilever parasol by the pool, and a 1.5 m outdoor dining table for six in rope-woven chairs — the whole house, lived outside.
